Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "These Terms") stipulate the conditions for using the various services provided by YOKOHAMA Concierge (operated by Hama Navi Service / Eco Print Consulting Service, hereinafter referred to as "Our Company"). Please agree to These Terms and use the Services.
Article 1 (Scope of Application)
- These terms and conditions apply to all services related to "YOKOHAMA Concierge" provided by our company.
- Our company may change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice to users, and the revised Terms and Conditions shall become effective from the moment they are posted on this site.
Article 2 (Service Contents)
Our services are as follows.
- 1. Information provision and reservation proxy services for accommodations, restaurants, etc., and experience activities will be for information provision and introduction only.
- 2. Tourist Guide Services
- Video Guide Plan (Self-guided system using our company's narrated video)
- Plan with an interpreter guide (accompanied tour by an outsourced interpreter guide)
- 3. Luggage Storage Service (limited to sizes within 1m x 1m)
- ※Returns are guaranteed only for the "external appearance at the time of deposit," and we provide no guarantees for internal items.
- Accompanying guidance, contact, and support services.
*Actual expenses such as transportation, meals, and facility entrance fees incurred during sightseeing are the sole responsibility of the user.
Article 3 (Formation of Contract)
- Our reservation agency service assists in the formation of contracts between users and each business operator (such as accommodation facilities, restaurants, experience providers, and interpreter guides), and the final contract shall be concluded directly between the user and the business operator.
- 2. We do not guarantee the service content, quality, pricing, operating hours, cancellation policies, etc., provided by each business operator.
- 3 Users shall comply with the terms of use and cancellation conditions of each business operator.
Article 4 (Fees and Payment)
1. Tour guide service fee (per group)
- Video Guide (Half-Day): ¥12,000
- Half-day guided tour with interpreter: ¥20,000
- Video Guide (1 Day): ¥22,000
- Guided tour (1 day): 30,000 yen
Guided tours are limited to groups of up to 3 people. We do not offer tours for groups of 4 or more.
*Transportation expenses, admission fees, etc. are the responsibility of the user and will be charged separately.
2. Reservation Service Fee
- Hotel reservation service: 2,200 yen
- Restaurant reservation agency: ¥2,200
※The reservation service fee is non-refundable for any reason after the reservation is completed.
*Meal, accommodation, and activity fees will be paid directly to local vendors.
3. Luggage Storage Service
- 1 unit/day: 1,800 yen
Only items within 1m x 1m are accepted.
Returns do not guarantee the condition of the item as it was at the time of deposit. Damage or loss of internal items is not covered.
4. Payment Methods and Exchange Rates
- Payment will be made via Stripe (credit card).
- Foreign currency amounts (USD/EUR/CNY/KRW, etc.) are for reference only, and the final amount will vary based on the exchange rate used by the card company.
- Due to service characteristics, pre-payment may be required at the time of booking.
5. Payments
The online payment service we provide is for the purpose of paying fees for reservation agency services. It does not include accommodation fees, food and beverage charges, experience fees, or any other service fees provided by the business operator. Actual service provision and payment of charges shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of each business operator.
Article 5 (Cancellation Policy)
1. Sightseeing guide services (video/interpreter)
- Cancellation on the day before: 50% of the total fee
- Same-day cancellation: 100% of the fee
- No-show: 100% of the fee
Regarding refund availability and amount, we will determine this at our discretion based on Stripe's specifications and these terms and conditions.
2. Reservation agency service
The reservation service fee (¥2,200) is non-refundable once the reservation is complete.
3. Cancellation due to business operator's circumstances
Cancellations due to reasons on the part of the business operator (e.g., full occupancy, sudden closure, natural disasters) will be handled based on the contractual terms between the user and the business operator, and our company will not be held liable for refunds or compensation.
Article 6 (Disclaimer)
Our company is not responsible for any damages incurred by the user due to the following.
- Transportation Delays/Cancellations
- Changes, closures, or cancellations due to the operator's circumstances
- Outsourced guidance quality
- Accidents and loss while using video guides
- Natural disasters and acts of God
However, this does not apply in cases of our gross negligence or violation of laws and regulations.
Article 7 (Handling of Personal Information)
"Privacy Policy" separately established by our company regarding the handling of personal information.Privacy Policyshall be followed.
Article 8 (Prohibited Acts)
Users must not engage in the following actions.
- Provision of false information
- Unauthorized cancellation / disruptive behavior
- Acts that violate laws and public order
- Acts that interfere with the operation of the service
- Impersonating a third party
- Unauthorized reservation slot acquisition and resale
Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. The Yokohama District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any disputes related to this service.
Article 10 (Establishment of Proxy Reservations and Cancellations)
- The reservation agency service for hotels, restaurants, etc., provided by our company is considered officially requested once the user selects one of the proposed options and completes payment of the reservation agency fee via our designated online payment method (Stripe).
- If the user does not complete the payment, the offer will be considered unfulfilled, and we willAutomatically disable (cancel)and shall be able to do so.
- Please note that until payment is completed, we will not secure any reservation slots, make formal arrangements with the service provider, or perform any other related tasks.
